• Assist HR Manager to recommend new approaches and develop procedure for all HR function: Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit and Organization Development.
• Initiate and develop Recruitment Strategies, New Sourcing Channel, Interview Techniques, Annual Performance Review, Salary Structure and Analyze competitor’s salary rates and benefits
• Review all current HR policies and Company Rules and Regulations and give recommendations for development
• To be a Trainer of Leadership, Teambuilding, and others supervisory skill training courses.
• Building internal communication system to support business objectives.
• Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by Senior HR Manager |

Thai nationality
At least 5 years of experience in the Human Resources function.
Knowledge in modern HR tools such as Performance Management, KPI, Competency, etc
Good command of English and good computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Advance Excel, PowerPoint)
Have knowledge of Labor Law and Employee Relations Law as well
Preferred working experience in manufacturing environment. |
